Oracle's stock has skyrocketed 74% in 2025, fueled by insatiable demand for AI data center capacity. With a market cap of $828.6 billion, the enterprise AI giant is now within striking distance of the $1 trillion club—a milestone that could be achieved by 2028.

The company's $455 billion backlog of performance obligations, up 359% year-over-year, reveals staggering demand. Oracle's multicloud strategy—currently spanning 34 data centers on Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS—is driving exponential growth. Multicloud database revenues surged 1,529% last quarter, with 37 additional data centers planned by fiscal 2026.

Management projects OCI revenues will reach $18 billion in 2026 and $73 billion by 2028. This trajectory suggests Oracle's hybrid cloud approach is resonating with enterprises betting big on AI infrastructure.
